Statutory Rights

You are our customer and we respect your UK statutory rights at all times. None of your rights will be affected by our returns policy.

We want you to receive our products free from defects. if you receive a product that is either:

  • of a substandard print quality, or
  • the garment itself has defects, then
  • contact us.

Our quality and your enjoyment of our product is uppermost in our minds at all times. Get in contact via enquiries@skillsweardesign.co.uk and we will personally resolve this matter with you and offer you a replacement or your money back.

Web Returns Policy

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault the goods may be returned for a full refund, Please return items in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Once we receive your items, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment. within 2 to 5 working days. it may take up to 10 days additional days for the funds to show in your account depending on your bank.

Refunds & Orders

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.

Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Refunds are not available on underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellations; all cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of your order being placed. after this time cancellation requests will be made at our discretion.

All our items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please email us; enquiries@skillsweardesign.co.uk and fill out the returns form delivered with your purchase and send it back to us. We are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

Refunds On Your Amount

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning items you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us. We will refund your money as soon as we can,  please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount.

After you receive the refund confirmation email, please allow for at least 2 to 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account.

Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account, therefore, we do not have any control over the described time frame.
