UK Standard Delivery
Standard delivery in the UK will take between 2-5 working days from when the order is placed. (excluding Highland)
All orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Sunday.
Standard delivery to Ireland, the Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands will take 5-10 working days.
UK Standard delivery is free.
Signature is required upon receipt.
Please be aware during the sale period, Black Friday and Christmas days standard delivery may be up to 7 working days or more from when your order is placed.
UK Express Delivery
Please note all orders are dispatched from Monday to Thursday.
Unfortunately, express delivery is not available.

International Delivery
Standard delivery service is available and we aim to deliver your order within 14 working days.
Please note all orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Thursday. Orders are not dispatched from our warehouse on Sunday.
However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 21 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact our Customer Service Dept. We do the very best to send items as fast as we can because we care and understand that good service is a must.
All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.
PLEASE NOTE, ANY ADDITIONAL DUTY OR CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLICABLE IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE PAYABLE DIRECTLY BY THE RECIPIENT.
Tracking Your Delivery
You can track your order at any time by logging into the Royalmail website. Please note: tracking is only available once the order has been despatched. Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped.
Please click on the tracking link which will take you to our courier’s website where you can find out the status of your order.
Your order’s tracking number is also stated in your order confirmation email.
Please visit our courier’s website www.royalmail.com (UK orders) where you can enter your tracking number to check the status of your order.
Problems With Delivery
If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location (Neighbor) to leave the package, they will leave a card and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a redelivery.
To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.
Working Days
A working day is referred to as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
Delivery Areas In The UK
We deliver to the UK mainland, Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and all UK Offshore Islands but currently, we regret we do not deliver to BFPO and PO Box addresses. Please note that some of our delivery options are not available.
